Customer and jobsite requirements

Though we do our best to be accommodating, we are not moving company. We ask that job sites be cleared of any valuables or debris before construction begins. failure to prepare a job site for construction may result in extra costs at the expense of the customer. Renovations often are a source of dust and airborne debris, and though we do our best to seal off any openings, especially around HVAC systems, we recommend discussing any related concerns with your assigned renovation specialist prior to any work being done.

Job sites are assumed to be safe working environment and clear of any debris. we reserve the right to refuse any unsafe work, If an on-site supervisor identifies any potential safety hazards, such as an unsafe set of stairs going into a basement, he reserves the right to cease work in an unsafe environment. customer responsibilities include, but is not limited to, Snow removal on the property and parking for the renovation specialists.
