Hours of operation

Standard hours of operation of Shipley renovations are 9 AM to 5 PM.

Though we are accommodating and value our customers, we ask that you respect our family time and keep after hours calls to a minimum. Though we operate within standard business hours, this does not mean we will be on your job site during these hours! Renovations require gathering materials, adjusting estimates and invoices, dump runs, material returns etc. Being a small family run business, each employee wears many hats and is often involved in on-site construction and the booking process for future work. Though your project may last a week or two, we need to book full-time work for ourselves and our employees, which may require us to excuse ourselves for an hour to look at the next job in the schedule. This is much different from a 9 to 5 that many other people work, where they are on site all day aside from their lunch break. Though much of this work is done in evenings and weekends, we ask customers to be patient with us as we are always doing our best to be efficient and effective on each job site.
